Use the navigation panel on the left to browse to the section that you want (e.g. 'AS-A Levels/Biology/Application of Genetics') and press 'View Papers' to view the papers for that section. Then press download next to the paper you want and accept the terms and conditions. The paper will then be downloaded. However, some browsers will open up PDF without saving it. If you want to save a copy of the paper, right click on 'I Accept' and press 'Save Target As...' or 'Save Link As...'. This will allow you download a copy of the paper to your hard drive.
To view most of the papers stored in the bank, you need Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don't already have this, you can download it here. Some files are also in the Microsoft Word format. If you don't have a compatible program you can download Word Viewer 2003.
If there are any papers that you can't view properly and you believe it to be the falut of The Paper Bank, then email admin@thepaperbank.co.uk and tell us what your problem is and with which paper(s) it is occuring.
